Female Boss Selling Fake Brand Shoes For Trial

In the wholesale market near the zoo, Wang, a female boss, entered 20000 pairs of fake brand sports shoes at a price of 6 yuan, and she was seized by the industry and Commerce Department before she threw the goods.

Yesterday, Wang was tried in a Haidian Court on suspicion of selling counterfeit registered trademarks.

Wang operates in the Zhonghe clothing wholesale market near the zoo.

In March of this year, she bought over 20000 counterfeit brand shoes at 120 thousand yuan, including Nike, Adidas and Jordan.

Prosecutors alleged that Wang tried to sell these shoes at a price of about 30 yuan.

In June 29th, the industrial and commercial departments seized Wang's case and got 21042 pairs of sports shoes, all of which were identified as counterfeit brands.

Wang said in the trial that she planned to sell 30 yuan a pair, but unexpectedly twenty thousand pairs of shoes adulterated many defective products, and she was not seized by the commercial and industrial departments until she sold the goods at 15 yuan and a pair.

Wang has no objection to the prosecution's allegations.

The case was not judged in court.
