Since November 1st this year, the state has raised the export tax rebate rate for the second time, raised the export tax rebate rate for textiles and clothing to 14%, up 1 percentage points from the previous 13%.

Judging from the scope of adjustment, this adjustment covers almost all textile and clothing products, including viscose fiber products previously identified as "two high and one capital" (high energy consumption, high pollution and resource) products.

According to the briefing, at present, the number of textile enterprises exported to Liaocheng is 234. In 2007, the export tax rebate was 97 million yuan. From 1 to October this year, the textile industry handled a tax exemption tax rebate of 43 million 400 thousand yuan, a decrease of 13 million 200 thousand yuan over the same period last year.

The export of textile industry in Liaocheng is decreasing obviously, and most of the enterprises are in a state of small profits and losses.

The export tax rebate rate raised a total of 218 textile and garment enterprises in Liaocheng. These enterprises expected to export nearly 100 million yuan from 11 to December this year.
