The seventh chapter is the special protection for female workers and underage workers.


The fifty-eighth country implements special labor protection for female workers and underage workers.


A minor worker is a laborer under the age of sixteen who has not reached the age of eighteen.


The fifty-ninth article prohibits the arrangement of female workers engaged in underground mines, the State stipulated fourth levels of physical labor intensity of labor and other taboo work.


The sixtieth item shall not arrange for women workers to engage in high, low temperature, cold water operations and third level physical labor intensity during the menstrual period.


The sixty-first item is not to arrange for women workers to engage in third level physical labor intensity stipulated by the state during pregnancy and labor during pregnancy.

For female workers who are pregnant for more than seven months, they shall not be allowed to extend their working hours and night shift work.

The sixty-fifth employers should conduct regular health checks for underage workers.
