Statistics show that since last April, with the gradual recovery of the global economy, China's textile industry has gradually recovered, and the price of raw materials such as cotton and chemical fiber has risen. As a labor-intensive industry, the profits of the textile industry have been relatively low. Textile import and Export Chamber of Commerce pointed out that in the face of rising raw material prices, a large number of domestic textile enterprises have to make a choice between "protecting profits" and "protecting customers". Once a large number of customers are lost, enterprises will eventually go bankrupt, so more enterprises choose to sacrifice profits to keep customers, which will lead to further compression of the profits of the textile industry.

In addition, some enterprises reflect that now the workers are basically old workers, and their wages have risen to more than 3000 yuan. Young people are still unwilling to take up the job. In the next five years, there may be a big gap in the supply of skilled workers in the textile industry, which will become a major hidden danger for the future development of the textile industry.
