Miss Hong said that after signing the contract, she spent nearly 30 thousand yuan to decorate the store according to the company's instructions, and then waited for the goods to be sent to the shop. Miss Hong later looked at the Internet and found that many netizens posted that they had been cheated by the company. They had agreed to get the money back from Guangzhou through contact with these netizens. "We lost a total of tens of thousands of yuan deposit, and did not include any other losses such as decoration shop and so on."
Miss Hong and several other franchisees asked for the refund of the deposit, but they were refused. "To talk to the person in charge, they said they could change the goods, but they didn't give them any money back."

Mr. Han told the author that Fang Chuang Trade Co., Ltd. promised to join the franchisee that if there was any quality problem, the company would spanfer it to the franchisee free of charge. "Some franchisees can't understand it, just like an airplane. You can't just take a plane because of a fault."
