It also made him realize how difficult it was to start a business.

During his speech, Liu Chuanzhi shared his four views on Entrepreneurship with the participating Internet traders, namely, 1, systematic considerations, knowing which links must be done first, and those links needed to be tried first; 2, setting an intermediate target for them, having the vision, vision and quality that they will never give up in the course of entrepreneurship; 3, deciding and then moving; 4, reopening the market, and going to the chess terminology, after a thing is done, we should think about the course of the matter well, whether there are any occasional reasons.

He also said that Lenovo fully applied the above four points in the acquisition of IBM computer business. "Before the acquisition, we have pondered whether the brand and technology can buy hands, and whether it can bring continuous profits to the group", and it has proved that the acquisition is the right thing.
