India Launched An Anti-Dumping Investigation Review Of My Silk Products

December 6th, India Ministry of Commerce and Industry The anti-dumping Bureau initiated the Silk Fabric of weight 20-100 GMS per meter, customs code 50071000500720005007201050072090. Anti-dumping Sunset review survey was conducted from April 2009 to June 2010.

In November 16th, the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India made a final decision on my 20 gram / meter ~100 gram / meter antidumping case. India refused to give me 5 treatment of the market economy status of the respondent sample enterprises, the dumping margin of the ruling was different from 24%~54%, the average dumping rate of all other respondent but not sampled enterprises was 38%, and two other unsampled enterprises were individually ruled 42% of the dumping margin. In fact, India's Ministry of Commerce and industry believes that the products imported from China constitute dumping, and thus cause damage to the domestic industry. India has set a minimum price according to different models and respondent enterprises.
