There Are Nine Ways To Deal With Accounting Wrong Accounts.

Accounting Error Handling

In the daily bookkeeping, there will always be two figures before and after.

Upside down

The three numbers are reversed and digitally shifted.

Their common feature is that the difference between the wrong account must be nine times and the difference. The sum of each number is also a multiple of nine. Therefore, such a situation can be applied to find out the "nine way".

There are three kinds of situations:

The first situation is that the two numbers are reversed before and after. Besides the above characteristics, there are inherent characteristics.

errors of account

The difference between the nine and the difference is the difference between the two numbers.

1. the difference is 9. Then the difference between the two numbers is 1.

Such as 10, 21,

Thirty-two

, 43, 54, 65, 76, 87, 89 and their reciprocal.

2. the difference is 18/9=2, so the difference between the number of errors is 2.

Such as 20, 31, 42, 53, 64, 75, 86, 97 and their reciprocal.

3. the difference is 27/9=3, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 3, such as 30, 41, 52, 63, 74, 85, 96 and their reciprocal.

4. the difference is 36/9=4, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 4, such as 40, 51, 62, 73, 81, 95 and everyone's countdown.

5. the difference is 45/9=5, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 5, such as 50, 61, 72, 83, 94 and everyone's countdown.

6. the difference is 54/9=6, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 6, such as 60, 71, 82, 93 and their reciprocal.

7. the difference is 63/9=7, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 7, such as 70, 81, 92 and their reciprocal.

8. the difference is 72/9=8, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 8, such as 80, 91 and their reciprocal.

9. the difference is 81/9=9, so the difference between the number of errors before and after is 9, such as 90 and its reciprocal.

(the reciprocal here refers to the number of errors between the digit and the ten position.

For example, if 81 is mistakenly recorded 18, the difference is 63, with 63/9=7, then the difference between the number of errors before and after the error must be 7, so that only checking 70, 81, 92 and their reciprocal is.

There is no need to look for numbers that are not related to this.

The second situation is that the three figures are reversed before and after. They have common characteristics and have their own fixed characteristics. The three digit number of erroneous accounts is three times the number of 99. The difference is the difference between the two numbers in three figures.

Examples are as follows:

1. the difference between the three digit head and the tail number is 1, then the difference after the number inversion is 99, such as 100-001, 221-122, 334-433, 445-544, 655-556, 766-667, 889-988, 998-899, the difference is all 998-899.

2. the difference between the three digit head and the tail number is 2, then the difference after the number inversion is 99, that is 198, such as 311-113, 466-664, 557-755, 775-577, 886-688, 997-799, the difference is all 997-799.

3. the difference between the three digit head and the tail number is 3, then the difference after the number inversion is 99 times three times that is 297, such as 441-144, 552-255, 663-366, 744-447, 885-588, and 885-588.

4. the difference between the three digit head and the tail number is 4, then the difference after the number inversion is 99 times four times that is 396, such as 551-155, 662-266, 773-377, 844-448, 955-559, the difference is all 955-559.

5. the difference between the three digit head and the tail number is 5, then the difference after the number inversion is 99 times five times that is 495, such as 550-055, 661-166, 722-227, 833-338, 944-449, the difference is 495.

6. the difference between the three digit head and the tail number is 6, then the difference after the number inversion is 99 x 6=594, the difference between the head and the mantissa is 7, then the difference between the number inversion is 99 x 7=693, the difference between the head and the mantissa is 8, then the difference of the number inversion is 99 8=792, the difference between the head and the mantissa is 9, so the difference of the number inversion is 99 x 9=891.

The third situation is digital shift, or dislocation, commonly known as the big decimal. This is an error that is more prone to occur in daily work. Its characteristics include its difference and difference, and the sum of every number is nine times the number. It also has its fixed characteristics, that is, the error of digital shift. As long as we divide the difference with nine, the number of false entries is wrong.

For example, the 2000 error is 200 or 20000. Its difference is 1800 and 18000. Their difference and the sum of each digit are nine times. The difference between nine and nine is nine and 200 respectively.

Digital shift is a great hazard. As it moves forward, its difference will increase by 9 times, and it will be reduced by 90% if it moves backward. If it is not investigated in time, it will seriously affect the correctness of accounting.

Therefore, we must be vigilant against this wrongful account. We should find out corrections as soon as possible and ensure the correct reflection of accounting figures.

From this point of view, "9" is a wonderful number. It has many wonderful points. The difference between the upper two digit and its countdown and the difference between the three digit number and its countdown is 9. The difference between the number and the shifted number is also 9. In fact, the difference between any number and its reciprocal is 9 multiple, and the difference between any four digit sequence and its countdown is 3087, such as 4321-1234, 6432-2345, 6543-3456, and the difference between the countdown is 6543-3456.

The difference between any five digit sequence number and its number is 41976.

The difference between the order of six digit numbers and its countdown is 530865.

The difference between the order number of any seven digit and its reciprocal is 6419754.

These differences are all multiples of 9.

There is also such a strange number 12345679, if 9 products become 111111111.

If we use 2 * 9=18 product to 9 2, if we use 3 * 9=27 to multiply, the product becomes 9 3...

If we use 9 x 9=81 multipliers to accumulate 9 9, which shows the marvellous of "9", we can make use of 9 wonders by checking the wrong accounts.

Therefore, in addition to the nine method, it plays an important role in checking accounts.

The Difference Method Of Accounting Wrong Account Handling Method

The first one is missing or memorizing. Because of careless accounting, it is missing or memorizing an account. It is found only if the account of the difference is directly found. Such accounts are most likely to occur in the same number of accounts in the current period, which may easily lead to omissions or memorizing.
