When the needle is in good condition and the machine position is accurate, if the long needle does not thread when starting the needle, the thread problem should be considered. Sometimes the twist of the thread produced by the manufacturer is relatively large, and the loop formed is unstable. Because the long needle is the farthest needle from the looper, the loop formed is also the largest one. When the quality of the thread is poor and the coil exceeds a certain range during the formation process, the coil will be twisted and deformed, making it difficult for the looper to hook into the coil of the long needle.


1、 Remove the thread of the long needle from the small wire clamping plate on the needle bar, so as to reduce the coil formed, which is not easy to twist.


2、 Take a piece and put it under the pin, open the side cover of the probe and the movable drawing board on the table, rotate the upper wheel of the machine by hand, and then view the needle and bending needle from the probe side Hook line When the looper starts to enter the long needle loop, the loop is twisted, which means that the looper hook does not thread. The needle can be tilted a little according to the twist of the needle thread, so that the needle coil can cater to the looped needle entering the thread ring (the needle can only slightly change its direction, if too much will cause needle skipping).


3、 If the above methods cannot solve the problem, the needle bar can be raised by about 0.5mm to make the thread loop of the needle smaller. In addition, the hook time of the looper will be advanced a little, because when the looper enters the long coil, the lower part of the looper just contacts the line of the needle hole, the looper moves to the left, and the lower part of the looper contacts the machine needle line. The two friction with each other, driving the coil to deform to the left, making the coil twist and change faster. If the looper is advanced a little, after the looper enters the coil, when the friction between the looper and the thread occurs below the looper, causing the deformation of the coil, once the looper completely enters the coil, the coil cannot slip out from the tip of the looper.
