"Daily News" reported on March 3, 2008 that the Dongli company developed the world's highest conductivity polyester conductive fiber using synthetic fibers, which has provided samples for research and development.

The resistance of 1 cm wire is tens of thousands of ohms, achieving higher conductivity than the original 1 digits.

Based on the independent polymer design technology, the company developed a conductive polyester polymer with high deformation and high conductivity. Based on the precision composite spinning technology, the conductive layer was uniformly formed on the surface of the fiber, indicating that the variation coefficient of the fiber length direction resistance is uneven to 1/10.

Thus, excellent conductivity uniformity is achieved.

In general, conductive fibers such as carbon black can be added to conductive fibers, but the dispersing of polyester conductive agents is poor. If a large number of conductive agents are added, the viscosity will increase and the homogeneous silk can not be produced stably.
