(The lower roller is moved to the lower part of the stripping roller, which eliminates the problem of falling under the three and four rollers of the teacher, and adapts to high speed and high yield);

3. Optional cotton guider, conveyor belt is imported from Germany, anti-static, wear-resistant. High frequency treatment of arc gear, durable and noiseless (cotton sliver does not break, more suitable for high speed and high yield);

4. Improved electrical control box (using Taiwan brand "Delta" inverter M series, high-performance inverter speed regulation, doffer speed one key speed regulation, realizing soft start and stop, improving the running accuracy of doffer transmission part, reducing the workload of maintenance workers on duty);

5. The transmission gear of "41 assembly" and the drive of doffer motor are replaced by synchronous belt. When the motor does not move, the doffer big tooth wheel is replaced, and the "45 assembly" is not used;

6. "41 assemblies", "46 assemblies", "43 assemblies" and auxiliary machine boards are replaced with semi enclosed enclosures corresponding to this configuration;

7. The synchronous belt drive is adopted, and the synchronous pulley can be processed by our company with numerical control equipment, which can reduce the wear of the synchronous belt (the transmission is stable, the noise in the working environment and the material consumption are reduced, the power and labor are saved, the efficiency is high, the quality of the cotton yarn produced is stable, and a lot of costs are saved);

8. The faucet is changed to a large inclined tube square faucet, and the column is not moved (the middle of the sliver cylinder has a large air hole, which is more conducive to the arrangement of slivers, and the phenomenon of disordered textile slivers occurs);

9. Install the front four rear two fixed covers and cotton net cleaner. (It is conducive to the removal of fine knots, improves the web definition and card sliver quality);

10. Pre combing is added (it is more conducive to opening and impurity removal of taker in part, and it is suitable for "large quantity" and high speed and high yield of funny process spinning)
