The authorized trading market establishes a column on the China cotton information network, which is responsible for the issuance of relevant information about freight subsidy declarations and the relevant policies and regulations issued by the Xinjiang financial department. The authorized trading market sets up the spot checkpoints of highway cotton in Xinjiang and the mainland in line with the appropriate locations for the pportation of the highways and the designated delivery (supervision) warehouses in the existing market cooperation. In accordance with the mature regulatory mode of the trading market and the procedures agreed by the two parties, the new regulation cotton is supervised by the Xinjiang cotton which is pported through the highway and applied for freight subsidy, so as to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the highway pportation of the cotton pported by the applicant. < p > according to the cooperation agreement, the Xinjiang finance department authorized the establishment of the national cotton trading market.

It is reported that the national cotton trading market in Xinjiang and Gansu Tianshui respectively set up the Xinjiang and the mainland cotton spot verification site is doing a good job in the verification preparation work, to ensure that after March 15th, Xinjiang cotton, which is pported through the highway, can accept on-site verification and apply for freight subsidy.
