The International Environmental Textile Association Is Developing A Step.

In order to encourage enterprises to actively adopt environment-friendly production mode and better fulfill their social responsibilities, the international environmental protection < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp" > textile > /a > Association (Oeko-Tex) is developing a more optimized and independent enterprise certification -- Sustainable Textile Production (abbreviation for STeP).

The certification aims to provide pparent, detailed and sustainable production certificates for brands, retailers and manufacturers in the global a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_q.asp" > textile industry chain < /a >.

< p > it is learnt that the international environmental protection textile association will first introduce the advantages and requirements of STeP for sustainable production certification in the Prime Source Forum held in Hongkong in March 26th.

The certification will be officially launched in June 12th this year at the Oeko-Tex sustainable production enterprise awards in Frankfurt, Germany.

< p > it is understood that after the introduction of STeP certification, it will formally replace the existing Oeko-Tex Standard1000 certification of the international environmental protection textile association and become the upgraded version of the original certification.

In this regard, Dr. Haug, Secretary General of the international textile and environmental protection association, stressed that the new STeP certification is focused on modularized analysis of all important production links and fields in the enterprise, including quality management, chemical use, environmental protection, environmental management, social responsibility, employee health and safety. This provides continuous and directional ideas and models for improving production.

< p > in order to make more consumers and enterprises feel the advantages of STeP authentication and accept the certification that is committed to creating better environment, the certification will cover more brands, producers, retailers, relevant associations and non-governmental organizations from the perspective of independent module weight.

International environmental protection < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_p.asp" > textile association < /a > will regularly update the evaluation standard of STeP certification.

Enterprises that have obtained ISO9000, ISO14001, SA8000 and other three party certification will be reflected in the evaluation of STeP certification.

The certificate enterprises can help themselves to enter the publicity pages of the certified enterprises on the official website, upload the company's products brief introduction and LOGO.
