LEOPOLDO GIORDANO: China is a big luxury consumer. At first, everyone bought luxury products, but now some people are looking for real luxury products, that is, high-end customized personalized products. In fact, the customized products that meet the personal characteristics are the real luxury goods. They are very rare and may be the only one, so they can meet the needs of a large number of rich people.

Reporter: Once worked in the international famous luxury shoes department, what attracted you to join a team of Chinese brands?

LEOPOLDO GIORDANO: In foreign countries, our impression of Chinese fashion is still at the stage of copying or processing with supplied materials. I was shocked to learn that Linda, the founder of Sheme, would introduce an international design team to become a Chinese luxury brand. It is not difficult to create luxury brands in Italy, but it is still very difficult in China. I was touched.

Reporter: We see that there are many Chinese elements such as embroidery and buttons on these high-end customized shoes. How do you deal with the integration of these Chinese designs?

　　 LEOPOLDO GIORDANO : Indeed, I can't compare with Chinese people in terms of perspective and depth of observation of Chinese traditional culture, but beauty is interlinked in both eastern and western cultures. I will use what I think is beautiful. I will not copy Chinese culture mechanically. I will use my design method to express it. I think it just fits the combination of Chinese and Western cultures.

Reporter: What is the difference between the tastes of Chinese consumers and European consumers among the customers you have contacted?

LEOPOLDO GIORDANO: Consumers are personalized. In Europe, there are consumers who will not buy things suitable for themselves. In China, there are consumers who have very personal taste. This is a matter of personal taste. In terms of fashion, not necessarily every season's fashion trend is suitable for you, but what you wear is compatible with the whole person's style, which is the most fashionable and suitable.

Reporter: What is the fashion trend of women's shoes in summer 2013? What are the suggestions?

LEOPOLDO GIORDANO: Shoes are beautiful only when they are suitable for their owners. Fashion is controlled by people, and only the image that suits you is right, rather than letting people be influenced by fashion. The popular trend of this season should be bright colors, such as lemon yellow, emerald green, pink, etc; In structure, small pointed shoes, thick heels, square heels.
