The survey lasted for 5 months (July ~12 months), mainly in the form of "news report" and "textile enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction questionnaire". In the "news report" part, we report on the current situation, specific measures, effects and the voice and suggestions of enterprises.

In the "textile enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction questionnaire" part, more than 400 enterprises were issued questionnaires, actually recovered more than 300, of which 203 valid questionnaires. The survey mainly involves the following aspects: awareness of energy saving and emission reduction, energy consumption, water consumption and emissions, energy saving and emission reduction technologies, products and services, energy saving and emission reduction requirements, transformation plans, difficulties in implementing energy conservation and emission reduction, and support from government and technology providers.

Among the enterprises surveyed, 35% of the above scale enterprises (more than 400 million yuan of sales) accounted for 35%, including the leading enterprises in the textile industry, such as Lu Tai textile Limited by Share Ltd, Guangdong Yida group, Anhui Huamao Group and so on. The survey results show that in recent years, with the active advocacy of national and trade associations and the increasing pressure on resources and environment, textile and garment enterprises have gradually improved their awareness of energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction, and the whole industry has made substantial progress in energy conservation and emission reduction.

According to the questionnaire survey taken by 203 textile and garment enterprises, the enterprises participating in the survey are classified according to the nature of the enterprise: state holding enterprises account for 11%, collective holding accounts for 8%, private enterprises account for 67%, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan hold 5%, foreign holdings account for 1.5%, and other holdings account for 7.5%.
