Next, this wave of policy benefits will be implemented to private express companies, but Xu Yong believes that too fast growth is not a good phenomenon. Blindly pursuing business volume will only sacrifice the quality of service.
Since the beginning of June, the number of effective complaints received by the state post office which has been gradually declining has begun to increase.
In August, the State Post Office accepted an effective increase in the number of complaints from consumers about the express business, an increase of 23.4% over the same period last year. In May, the data was still -9.0%.

Xu Yong said that the State encourages private enterprises to become bigger and stronger, and merger and reorganization. However, at present, many policy problems in the reorganization will not be solved and enterprises will not invest.
