The Opinions also put forward that China's foreign trade should be promoted from scale speed to quality.

We should strive to achieve the five Transformation: first, we should promote the pformation of exports from goods to goods, services, technology and capital output; two, to promote competitive advantage from price advantage to technology, brand, quality and service as the core competitive advantage; three, to drive growth momentum from factor driven to innovation driven; four, to promote business environment by policy guidance, to standardize the system and to create a rule based international business environment; and five, to promote the pformation of global economic governance from compliance, adaptation to international economic and trade rules to the active participation of international economic and trade rules.

Peru's agricultural exports fell by 6% in April, mainly affected by asparagus, peppers and fruits, due to seasonal reductions and the decline in purchasing power of the European economy due to the economic crisis.

But cotton exports in 1-4 months were 14% higher than the same period last year.

The minister added that Peru's agricultural exporters face the challenge of diversifying their export markets.

Fortunately, the cotton production subsidy policy benefits from the management of the secret agriculture and health service (SENASA), and the secret products will have the opportunity to export to nearly 70 countries in the world.
