Ningxia
The Lingwu Park, an ecological textile industry demonstration park, covers an area of nearly 2000 mu. The project is based on the original cashmere textiles, introducing the world's leading textile equipment, extending the textile and garment business areas of two kinds of natural fibers, such as wool and linen. The product positioning is high-end, so as to achieve the four quarter product production and sales, and promote the implementation of the high-end and branding strategy.
The most advanced production equipment is imported from Italy, France, Switzerland, Japan, Hongkong and other countries and regions. The advantages of safety, energy saving and environmental protection are obvious compared with the same type of equipment in China.
The most advanced technology at home and abroad is used to directly skip the primary process of raw material pollution, achieve low pollution and low energy consumption, and build a comprehensive sewage treatment plant, recycling system of water resources, gas heating stations, soft water stations and other facilities.
The imported equipment of the eco textile garden adopts the most advanced frequency conversion technology, so that the motor starts with a smaller starting current and the maximum torque, and the power saving efficiency is 20%-60%.

Power center

The park has built a boiler room for heating and steam supply, and a power station that provides heat exchange and water softening treatment. It has introduced advanced equipment and facilities at home and abroad to achieve the goal of normal and efficient operation of various projects in the park, and has built a comprehensive power center integrating power supply, water softening and heating.
The use of imported natural gas boilers at the heating stations is technically mature, highly efficient, energy saving and environmental friendly. The park can achieve no smoke emission and all energy consumption indicators are lower than the industry standards.
Integrated sewage treatment plant
The comprehensive sewage treatment plant covers an area of 30 mu, and designs 11 thousand tons of industrial sewage on the design day. It can process wool, linen, dyeing and finishing wastewater. The effluent reaches the two level standard of the GB4287-2012 standard for pollutants discharged from the textile dyeing and finishing industry, and then is discharged into the municipal sewage treatment plant.
Knitting factory
The knitting factory can produce all kinds of needle type ordinary single side organization, multicolor interweave organization, multicolored jacquard tissue, multicolored mosaic flower tissue and 100% pure cashmere knitted products with various pformation organizations. In addition, all kinds of knitted knitted products of plush and cotton velvet blended are also available.

Cashmere dress
project
An annual output of 2 million 100 thousand cashmere dress items has been introduced to more than 50 advanced textile machinery and equipment and 30 first-class domestic auxiliary equipment in Germany, Italy and other countries. The weaving equipment with ERGOTEC warping machine and dnir P1 as the core has been set up, and the home made shuttle looms, with the finishing equipment of Italy ZONCO wet finishing equipment, KD dry finishing equipment and LAFER hair shearing equipment as the core, have a complete production line of weaving and finishing of loom products with multiple varieties and structures.
Dye Center
The dyeing center takes the "automatic dyeing factory" as its own location, supporting the introduction of the world's most advanced machinery and equipment, including the central management control system of the German SEDO dyeing plant, the bulk fiber, the top and the cheese dyeing machine of Italy Bellini company, and Italy SITI.

Flax project
The flax project is divided into three production units, namely, spinning, weaving and dyeing and finishing. There are 436 sets of equipment, and the testing and testing instruments are complete.
All equipment is selected from France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and other world famous manufacturers, all of them are top-level configurations.
The company produces 6000 tons of flax yarn, 12 million tons of woven fabrics and 8 million meters of knitted fabrics annually, and has the corresponding dyeing, finishing production line of fibers, yarns and fabrics. After completion, the whole industry chain of China's Hemp textile industry will be the largest.
Wool spinning project
The wool spinning project is being installed in the equipment.
Through the introduction of more than 300 sets of world - class advanced technology equipment such as Germany, Italy, Switzerland and France, the production capacity of all-around integrated wool worsted with integrated combing, spinning, weaving and dyeing and finishing is formed. The production scale of the existing 30 thousand ingot wool yarn and 6 million meter high grade cashmere fabric has been produced, and the overall production technology and equipment have reached the international level.
The new equipment ordered by the Bank of China (cashmere) industry from Italy, Germany, Japan and other countries has recently arrived at the production workshop of Lingwu eco Textile Industrial Park. A row of neat production lines has been completed and put into trial operation. Lingwu ecological textile industrial park is facing a new era of Ningxia textile industry development with a new look and rapid construction speed.
