Garment industry should be promoted to the height of national strategy.

Xinjiang

From the strategic perspective of advantageous resources, we should understand the maintenance of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.

With the advantages of policies, resources, electricity prices, land supply, regional access, and aid to the Xinjiang, there are still several outstanding problems and challenges in the rapid development, which need to be actively resolved and resolved.

At present, the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang mainly consists of cotton textile and viscose fiber products, accounting for more than 80% of the total textile and garment industry, with obvious resource advantages.

But cotton textile enterprises are more than YISHION.

Cotton yarn

Production is the main product, the blended yarn is less, the product variety is single, the impact of cotton price is very large, and the added value of products is not high, which has affected the competitiveness of enterprises.

In the new round of industrial development, cotton textile or viscose fiber products are mainly developed in the development planning of textile and garment industry, and the number of newly added spinning spindles is the main task of developing the textile and garment industry.

As well as the development of industrial textiles and other industries, less involved, the industry development is single, homogenization is more serious. In the future, it may also face overall risks due to fluctuations in raw material prices.

Compared with the coastal areas, the development of Xinjiang's garment industry is faced with problems such as lack of skilled personnel, high cost of labor force, low production efficiency, the development of related services and related industries, such as design, R & D, testing, e-commerce and so on.

The main products of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry are cotton yarn, viscose yarn and other non terminal products, which are mainly pported to the eastern region. Clothing production capacity is low, accounting for only about 10% of the local market demand. A small number of real estate clothing is sold to neighboring provinces and cities and exported to Central Asia, Russia and other countries.

Over the past two years, a number of garment enterprises have been put into operation. However, due to technical level, lack of orders or poor market development, some enterprises are unable to reach production, and they can only rely on local school uniform orders or employment training expenses to maintain production or partly start.

It is difficult to meet the demands of local uniform orders and tooling processing enterprises. We must vigorously develop the surrounding provinces and cities and Central Asian and Russian markets, and actively strive to export to the EU and other markets.

At present, clothing products exported from Xinjiang port are mainly low-end products such as uniforms, knitwear, sweaters, socks and so on. Fashion and branded high-end products account for a small proportion, 90% of which are processed by mainland enterprises and less than 10% of real estate clothing.

Therefore, while actively developing the surrounding provinces and regions, facing the potential markets such as Central Asia, Western Asia and Russia is the inevitable choice for our textile and garment industry to rely on policy advantages, location advantages and cultural advantages.

Taking advantage of the rare opportunity for the construction of the "Silk Road economic belt core area", we should increase market research efforts in Central Asia and Russia, find out the main direction of future textile and clothing, actively expand westward market and expand market share.
