The first chapter general provisions

The first is to define the examination and approval authority of the sales contract.

The fifth format contract must be printed uniformly after the approval of the top management of the enterprise.

When the sixth salesmen engage in sales negotiations with customers, they may modify the terms and conditions of the standard contract according to their actual needs, but they should be reported to the sales manager for examination and approval.

The third chapter is the approval, alteration and termination of sales contracts.

The seventh salesmen should enter into sales contracts with their customers within their jurisdiction. If they exceed the scope of authority, they should report to the sales manager, the marketing director, the president and other responsible persons who have the power of examination and approval to sign a sales contract with the customer.

After the eighth sales contract is concluded, the sales department will deliver the original contract to the record room and send copies to the relevant departments such as the finance department.

In the ninth contract execution process, due to the shortage or special requirements of customers, the sales department or the client shall apply for the modification of the contract, which shall be changed by the two sides for consultation.

Tenth, according to the conditions of rescission stipulated in the contract, the actual sale of products and the requirements of customers, the sales department will terminate the contract with the clients through negotiation.

The eleventh procedures for altering or cancelling the contract shall be executed according to the examination and approval authority and procedures stipulated in the conclusion of the contract.

The twelfth sales contract shall be changed or discharged in written form (including letters, correspondence, telex, etc.), and all verbal forms shall be void.

The thirteenth enterprise legal adviser is responsible for directing the sales department to handle the compensation for breach of contract arising from the alteration and termination of the contract.

The fourth chapter is the management of sales contracts.

The fourteenth blank contract is kept by the archival management personnel, and the contract text is signed and recorded.

The fifteenth salesmen are required to fill in the contract code and sign the contract when they are hired. The original contract must be available and filed.

Sixteenth sales clerks who have written errors or other reasons for the cancellation of contracts must retain the original documents and return them to the contract management archives personnel.

The seventeenth contract file managers are responsible for keeping the records of the signing of the contract, the record of the execution of the contract in batches, the agreement on the alteration and dissolution of the contract.

The eighteenth sales contracts shall be kept in a booklet on a yearly basis and according to the region.

If the nineteenth sales contract is retained for more than x years, the contract file manager shall keep the contract of the non receivable or the arrears unit in a separate register, and the contract has been reported to the sales manager for approval before being destroyed.

Fifth chapter supplementary provisions

The twentieth system is formulated, explained and amended by the sales department.

The twenty-first system is effective from the date of promulgation.
