In order to reduce the production cost, the enterprises were dyed or printed with low cost, unstable quality direct dyes and paints, resulting in unqualified color fastness.

At present, most enterprises in the industrial zone do not have their own laboratories and lack the necessary testing facilities.

The matching technology of printing and dyeing enterprises in the industrial area is backward in production technology and production equipment, and can not meet the production standard requirements.

Because of the lack of testing ability of enterprises, raw materials such as knitted fabrics, yarns and other raw materials purchased are not allowed to pass the raw materials into the factory to pass the inspection pass. The high price is not 100% of the qualified raw materials.

Product quality is up to standard, not only the main raw materials should be up to standard, but also the clothing and line must be up to standard.
