Erkin Gomel, Deputy Commissioner of customs and Excise Department of Urumqi, said that Urumqi customs will continue to pay attention to the development of cross-border e-commerce in Xinjiang, take the initiative to serve enterprises, improve customs clearance efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and attract more mainland enterprises to Xinjiang development.

The customs will further cooperate with the local government and the entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau to do a good job in supervising the smooth operation of cross-border electricity providers.

It is understood that, in addition to cross-border exports of electricity providers, the import business is also emerging in Xinjiang.

In late May this year, a number of cross-border direct purchase goods from the United Kingdom arrived at the Sino Vietnamese International Cooperation Center in Huoerguosi, and completed the first single cross border direct purchase test.
