In March 4th, the reporter learned from the Ningbo customs that Ningbo Customs recently seized a number of counterfeit leather bags, shoes and so on under the customs of Beilun customs, involving four well-known brands of "Adidas", "Gucci", "Nike" and "Fila".
It is understood that the goods declared for the name of artificial leather bags, plastic slippers, chemical fiber leisure shoes and other 8 goods.
When inspecting customs officers found that most shoes were marked with "Gucci" and "three stripes" logo, and the leather bags were marked with "Adidas", "Nike hook graphics" and "Fila" trademarks.
The material is rough and pungent, which is hard to hook up with genuine products.
Confirmed by the contact owner, the goods are fake and shoddy products.
After counting, the total number of suspected infringing goods amounted to 18260, involving a value of about 185 thousand yuan.
According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, Ningbo customs has been seized by the Beilun customs for 45 cases of infringement of intellectual property rights, with a value of 1 million 785 thousand yuan.
The Ningbo customs will continue to crack down on the high-pressure situation of infringement and counterfeit goods, crack down on violations and prevent infringing goods from flowing into the market, thereby harming the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holders and consumers.
