Recently, on the basis of auditing the 14 CQI projects launched in the first half of this year, the company decided to commend the 7 CQI projects that have been completed and produce improved benefits. These CQI projects, led by front-line operators, bring about an improvement of 1 million 641 thousand yuan in the assessment period, with an average reward of 15700 yuan per individual project.

Since the introduction of lean production management mode in June 2009, the company has focused on continuous and whole process of quality improvement. By improving the CQI project in the production line, problems affecting quality have been eliminated. In the first half of this year, a total of 14 CQI projects were launched, 11 of which were verified and confirmed, and 7 of them completed and produced improved benefits. The reduction of the number of items in the three workshop after the implementation of the improvement was reduced by 48 thousand and 900 meters in the assessment period, and the "first rate item for upgrading C40 * T75D+40D varieties" was raised from 98.92% to 96.57% in the first workshop, and the "increasing the utilization rate of nickel net" in the two workshop was increased from 65.66% before implementation to 71.75%. These CQI projects, while bringing quality improvement, enhance the comprehensive ability and level of enterprises.

On the basis of evaluating the results of the data, the company continues to follow the principle of data in the ERP financial system; the reward principle follows two contents: first, according to the difficulty degree of the project improvement, 5% to 10% of the total revenue of the project is deduct as commission; two, the proportion reward is given according to the target improvement rate of the project. These internal incentives are designed to encourage full participation in continuous quality improvement.

When talking about the role of lean production to enterprise development recently, Wang Limin, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the company, said: "mobilizing the enthusiasm of the front-line staff to join in the CQI project improvement is an effective way to eliminate the quality problems. These seemingly small quality improvements can be called a" quality revolution ".
