On the basis of in-depth investigation and demonstration, In August 2019, Shishi issued the "opinions on sewage discharge trading and pledge loans", and conducted pilot work on sewage discharge volume in the three major printing and dyeing areas. Enterprises can obtain the sewage discharge from their own needs from lower prices in the transaction market, and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.
