According to the data released by the State Post Office, in 2019, the total coverage rate of township express outlets was 96.6%, and that of rural areas was over 15 billion. In addition, the State Post Office has formulated a postal express cooperation framework agreement for going to the countryside to enter the village, and has launched a pilot scheme for postal cooperation between 5 provinces and autonomous regions in Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai and Tibet.
