Today, confirmed by the relevant brand owners, the Shenzhen Bay Customs seized 11443 pieces of goods declared for export in the form of cross-border e-commerce, including clothes, sports shoes, satchels and glasses, suspected of infringing 24 well-known brand trademarks, including Hermes, Burberry, Gucci, Nike, Adidas and RayBan, with a preliminary estimated value of about 750000 yuan. All the above-mentioned rights have applied for intellectual property protection measures in accordance with the law. At present, the case has been transferred to the customs disposal department for further processing.
