To solve the development problems, business owners need to "change".

Yesterday, Gaoming District held a seminar on sustainable development of textile (clothing) industry. Experts attending the meeting hoped that owners would regard every change as an opportunity for enterprises to upgrade.

As one of the eight industrial clusters in the Gaoming District, the textile and garment industry has 168 textile and garment enterprises in the area, of which 65 are above the scale and more than 40 thousand are employed. In 2010, the industrial output value reached 19 billion 530 million yuan, accounting for 11% of the total industrial output value of the whole region.

Affected by the sharp rise in raw material prices, rising labor costs and appreciation of the renminbi, the development of textile and garment enterprises in the area encountered many difficulties.

At the same time, the products of the textile and garment enterprises in the jurisdiction mainly compete with the market at low prices, while the products with high added value and high technology content are few, and the proportion of the brand occupies less.

"The vast majority of textile and garment enterprises mostly adopt the way of processing materials, which greatly restricts the further development of the textile and garment industry."

Li Ronghan, deputy director of the Regional Economic Promotion Bureau.

Yesterday, around the issue of how the textile and garment enterprises are concerned about how to maintain sustainable development, Chen Xuejun, director of the clothing department and clothing management department of Huizhou University, analyzed the external and internal problems faced by the current garment enterprises, and combined specific examples to help enterprises develop their own skills.

"People" is the key to sustainable development of enterprises.

Chen Xuejun said that the current textile and garment enterprises appeared "no longer able to be able", "staff shortage" and "interpersonal relationship".

Perplexing

"," ineffective innovation "," difficulties in profits caused by business difficulties "and other issues directly affect the development of enterprises.

Chen Xuejun said that in order for enterprises to develop, the ideas and concepts of entrepreneurs should be changed. "Enterprises regard each change as an opportunity to promote the overall improvement of enterprises."

The expert's on-the-spot explanation has benefited a lot from the business owners who listened to the lecture yesterday. They have indicated that the development of enterprises will pay more attention to the "human" factor in the future.

In view of the specific problems facing the development of the Gaoming textile and garment industry, the participants also exchanged ideas with experts.

Liang Weihai, a responsible person of textile and garment industry in Gaoming District, said that in the face of all kinds of difficulties encountered in the development, we will improve the system construction and so on, so as to bring the wisdom of employees into full play.

Products enable enterprises to tide over difficulties.

Hubei Lai Feng County: Small Silkworm Industry &Nbsp; Nesting Phoenix Strong Momentum.

In late August, Tian Zhixiang, a silkworm farmer in the village of Lao Si Village in Lai Feng County, Hubei, calculated the harvest this year, and was delighted: "8 mu and more than six yuan and half a year, three yuan a year, and earn twenty thousand yuan a year." Planting mulberry and raising silkworms is not very laborable, but their income is not lower than that of migrant workers. In the coming year, I will make a big fuss about "silkworm".
